Lemon Sparkle
Ingredients
50ml 5036 Boutique Brews Lemon or Lime Liqueur
25ml Spirit of choice (Gin, Vodka)
2 tsp sugar syrup
Ice
Sparkling/Soda water
Garnish – Mint, twisted citrus rind, and a few berries of choice
Method
1. Pour Lemon or Lime liqueur, spirit of choice, and sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker and fill with ice
2. Shake well until the outside of the shaker feels cold
3. Drain into a tall glass filled with more ice
Top up with sparkling/soda water and 4. Garnish
Damson Plum Royale
Rich plum flavours lead the palate, balanced by bright citrus and subtle botanical notes. The rosemary adds a fragrant country-garden aroma that perfectly complements the deep ruby colour of the cocktail.
Ingredients
- 60ml 5036 Damson Plum Liqueur
- 30ml premium gin
- 15ml fresh lemon juice
- 10ml simple syrup (optional)
- Soda water or sparkling wine to top
- Ice cubes
Garnish
- Half a fresh damson or plum slice
- Small sprig of rosemary
Method
- Fill a crystal tumbler with ice.
- Add the Damson Plum Liqueur, gin, lemon juice and simple syrup.
- Stir gently until well chilled.
- Top with a splash of soda water for a refreshing cocktail, or sparkling wine for a more luxurious serve.
- Garnish with the plum slice and rosemary sprig.

Exotic Feijoa Cocktail
Ingredients
- 60ml 5036 Boutique Brews Feijoa Liqueur
- 30ml vodka or gin
- 20ml fresh lime juice
- 15ml simple syrup or honey syrup
- 60ml chilled soda water or sparkling wine
- Ice
Method
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add Feijoa liqueur, vodka or gin, lime juice, and syrup.
- Shake well until chilled.
- Strain into an elegant long-stemmed cocktail glass.
- Top with soda water or sparkling wine for a light sparkling finish.
- Garnish with fresh feijoa and mint.
Black Doris Plum - River Royale - Cocktail
Ingredients
- 45ml 5036 Black Doris Plum Liqueur
- 15ml premium vodka
- 10ml fresh lemon juice
- 90ml chilled prosecco or sparkling wine
- Ice (optional if serving in a flute)
- Fresh rosemary sprig
- Fresh Black Doris plum wedge for garnish
Method
- Chill a tall flute or stemmed cocktail glass.
- Add the Black Doris Plum Liqueur, vodka and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake gently for 10–15 seconds.
- Strain into the chilled glass.
- Top slowly with prosecco or sparkling wine.
- Garnish with a fresh plum wedge and a sprig of rosemary.
Rhubarb & Ginger - Crisp & Spicy Orchard Fizz
Ingredients
- 45ml 5036 Rhubarb & Ginger Liqueur
- 30ml dry ginger ale or ginger beer
- 20ml fresh lime juice
- 60ml sparkling soda or prosecco
- Ice
- Garnish: thin rhubarb ribbon, lime wheel & fresh mint
Method
- Fill a tall stemmed cocktail glass with ice.
- Pour in the Rhubarb & Ginger Liqueur and lime juice.
- Top with ginger ale and sparkling soda/prosecco.
- Stir gently.
- Garnish with rhubarb ribbon, mint, and lime.
Fresh rhubarb tang upfront, warming ginger through the middle, finishing crisp and sparkling with subtle citrus lift.
Mulled Orchard Mix
Ingredients
- 60ml 5036 Orchard Mix Plum Liqueur (or any of the 5036 plum liqueurs)
- 500ml apple juice
- 250ml cranberry juice
- 1 orange, sliced
- 1 apple, thinly sliced
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 4 whole cloves
- 2 star anise
- 1 small piece fresh ginger, sliced
- Honey or brown sugar to taste
Method
- Add the apple juice, cranberry juice, orange slices, apple slices, cinnamon sticks, cloves, star anise, and ginger to a saucepan.
- Heat gently over low to medium heat until steaming, but do not boil.
- Simmer for 15–20 minutes to allow the spices and fruit to infuse.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the 5036 Orchard Mix Plum Liqueur.
- Taste and add honey or brown sugar if desired.
- Strain into heatproof glasses or mugs.
Perfect Autumn Twist Cocktail
Ingredients
- 45ml Quince Liqueur
- 30ml bourbon or rye whiskey
- 15ml fresh lemon juice
- 10ml maple syrup or honey syrup
- 60ml cloudy apple juice
- Dash of aromatic bitters
- Ice
Method
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add quince liqueur, bourbon, lemon juice, maple syrup, apple juice, and bitters.
- Shake well until chilled.
- Strain into a chilled long-stemmed coupe or cocktail glass.
- Garnish with the apple slice and rosemary sprig for that perfect autumn aroma.
Orchard Plum Mix -River Sip
A beautifully refreshing cocktail inspired by the rivers, orchards, and countryside that surround the 5036 story. Light, fruity, and elegant, it’s perfect for enjoying beside the water on a warm afternoon.
Simply pour over ice and sip!
Lime or Lemon Liqueur - Frosted Citrus Fizz
In a shaker add crushed Ice, 50ml 5036 Lemon or Lime liqueur and white sugar (to taste) and muddle (mix or stir)
Add mint (to taste), 30ml Vodka or Gin, , crushed ice, top with soda and shake.
Top with soda, pour into glass and add garnish (rind of lime or lemon) sprig of mint
Damon Plum Liqueur - Over Ice
Complex. Intense. Unforgettable. Savour the intensity.
Ingredients
- 60ml 5036 Damson Plum Liqueur
- Large crystal-clear ice cubes
- Fresh damson plums or dark plums for garnish
- Orange twist (optional)
Method
- Fill a heavy crystal tumbler with large ice cubes.
- Slowly pour 60ml of 5036 Damson Plum Liqueur over the ice.
- Stir gently for 10–15 seconds to chill and slightly open the aromas.
- Garnish with a fresh damson plum and an orange twist if desired.
- Serve immediately and savour slowly.
Deep ruby in colour with rich plum aromas, subtle spice and hints of dark fruit. The ice softens the spirit slightly, allowing the complex layers of damson plum to unfold with every sip.
The Orchards Golden Hour - Crab Apple Breeze
Ingredients
- 45ml 5036 Crab Apple Liqueur
- 20ml vodka or gin
- 30ml cloudy apple juice
- 15ml fresh lime juice
- Sparkling soda water or lemonade
- Ice cubes
Method
- Fill a tall stemmed cocktail glass with ice.
- Add Crab Apple Liqueur, vodka or gin, apple juice, and lime juice.
- Stir gently until chilled.
- Top with sparkling soda water or lemonade.
- Garnish with apple slices, mint, and lime.
Black Doris Plum Sour
Ingredients
- 50ml Black Doris Plum Liqueur
- 20ml gin
- 25ml fresh lemon juice
- 5-10ml simple syrup (optional)
- 1 egg white (optional)
- Ice
Method
- Add all ingredients to a shaker
- Dry shake first (no ice) is using egg white
- Add ice and shake hard until chilled
- Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass
Garnish
- Dehydrated plum or fresh slice
- 2-3 drops bitters on the foam for a subtle note
Crab Apple Spritzer
Light, crisp and refreshingly easy to enjoy.

Ingredients
- 45 ml Crab Apple Liqueur
- 120 ml chilled soda water or sparkling mineral water
- Ice cubes
- Fresh apple slices
- Mint sprig for garnish
Method
- Fill a tall highball glass with ice.
- Pour in the Crab Apple Liqueur.
- Top with chilled soda water.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with fresh apple slices and a sprig of mint.

Omega Plum Velvet Cocktail
Omega Plum Liqueur Signature Cocktail
Description
Silky smooth with a velvety plum richness, balanced by subtle citrus notes and a clean finish. A sophisticated cocktail designed to showcase the depth and character of Omega Plum Liqueur.
Ingredients
- 60 ml Omega Plum Liqueur
- 20 ml premium vodka
- 15 ml fresh lemon juice
- 10 ml simple syrup (optional, depending on sweetness preference)
- Ice
- Fresh plum slice for garnish
Method
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add Omega Plum Liqueur, vodka, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
- Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until well chilled.
- Double strain into a chilled martini glass with a long stem.
- Garnish with a fresh plum slice on the rim.

Plum Dazzle
Ingredients
30ml any of the 5036 Boutique Plum Liqueurs
30ml 5036 Lemon or Lime Liqueur
30ml Coconut water
30ml Pineapple juice
Ice
Prosecco or Sparkling/Soda water or Lemonade
Method
1. Place all ingredients except the Prosecco or Sparkling/Soda water or Lemonade
in a cocktail shaker and shake to blend
2. Add the Prosecco or Sparkling/Soda water or Lemonade and stir until combined

Ingredients
50ml any of 5036 Boutique Brews Signature Plum Liqueurs
Prosecco or Lindauer Brut
Ice
Garnish – fresh or dried summer fruits and twisted lemon rind
Method
1. Place shaved or cube ice in cocktail glass
2. Add 50ml Plum Liqueur
3. Top up with Prosecco or dry Bubbles (Lindauer Brut)
4. Garnish
Fruit Spritzer
Ingredients
25ml Quince Liqueur, 25ml Pear Liqueur
Soda Water or Tonic
Ice
Garnish – Blueberries, rosemary and mint
Method
1. Place shave or cube ice in tall glass
2. Add 50ml of Liqueur of choice Liqueur
3. Top up with Soda water or Tonic
4. Garnish with blueberries, rosemary and mint
Plum Sangria
Ingredients
½ cup of any of the 5036 Boutique Brews Signature Plum Liqueurs
A dry Rose
½ cup Spirit of choice (Gin, Vodka, white Rum)
Sugar (optional - 1-2 tablespoons)
Sparkling/Soda water
Ice
Garnish – Mint and Summer fruit
Method
1. Place summer fruit, orange and or lemon slices and a handful of mint in pitcher
2. Add ½ cup Lemon or Lime liqueur, ½ cup spirit of choice.
3. 1-2 tablespoons of sugar (optional)
Chill for 2 hours.
4. Pour into glasses, top up with Rose & sparkling/soda water right before serving.
5. Serve over ice and Garnish
Citrus Zing
Ingredients
90ml 5036 Boutique Brews Lemon or Lime Liqueur
30ml Spirit of choice (Gin, Vodka, white Rum)
Sparkling/Soda water or Lemonade
Shaved ice
Garnish – Berries, mint & edible flowers
Method
1. Pour Liqueur, spirit of choice, and ice into tumbler – shake
2. Pour over ice, top up with Sparkling/Soda water or Lemonade and Garnish
